Legal terms governing your use of the dina4d gaming platform

By accessing or using the dina4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dina4d.

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. dina4d operates under a strict 21+ policy for all Indonesian users. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. By registering, you confirm that you are not prohibited by law from gambling online and that you are acting on your own behalf (not on behalf of another person or entity).
You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. dina4d operates under an international gaming license and targets users in jurisdictions where our services are legally accessible. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with dina4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
To access gaming services on dina4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in limitations on deposits, withdrawals, or account closure. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify dina4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
dina4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, use of VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, money laundering suspicions, or providing false information during registration. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from a breach of these Terms.
dina4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and select e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must be made from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the Platform.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-15:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. dina4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or payment methods registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform.
dina4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during standard banking hours for fully verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24-72 hours. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
dina4d operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or delay any transaction that we believe may be connected to money laundering or other illegal activity. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotions offered by dina4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided separately for each promotion. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions. dina4d reserves the right to exclude any user from participating in bonuses at our sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are specified in each bonus offer.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. dina4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts suspected of bonus abuse.
If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in progress and wagering requirements have not been met, the remaining bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. You may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time by contacting customer support.
All games offered on dina4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined by these RNGs and cannot be influenced by the Operator or any third party. Specific game rules, RTP percentages, and payout structures are available within each game's information section.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. dina4d reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual users at any time, particularly for VIP members or users displaying unusual betting patterns.
In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any completed game rounds stand, and unfinished rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's rules. If a game malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts for that specific game round are void. dina4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our sportsbook rules. In the case of obvious errors in odds or results, dina4d reserves the right to void affected bets.

While dina4d strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
Games on dina4d are provided by third-party developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others. While we carefully select reputable providers, we are not responsible for game malfunctions, errors, or defects in third-party software. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be directed to our support team for investigation.
In no event shall dina4d's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. dina4d does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dina4d holds its gaming license. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact dina4d customer support via email at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 14 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the dispute to our licensing authority's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to your use of dina4d must be brought within six months of the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will not be considered.
dina4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dina4d regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
